GULF OF GUINEA NORTHERN REGION SOCIAL COHESION (SOCO) PROJECT KRACHI EAST MUNICIPAL ASSEMBLY. YOUTH INTER-CULTURAL DANCE COMPETITION.

On the 6th March, 2024 at the Lapaz Park at Dambai, the Youth Inter-Cultural Dance Competition was held which was organized by the Krachi East Municipal Assembly and people came to join us in celebrating the rich cultural heritage of the Gulf of Guinea northern region through the universal language of dance. Let’s dance, unite and celebrate together!

To promote social cohesion and unity among the youth in the Gulf of Guinea northern region, the Krachi East Municipal Assembly is organizing a Youth Inter-Cultural Dance Competition as part of the Social Cohesion (SOCO) Project.

This exciting event will bring together young people from different backgrounds and communities to showcase their talents in traditional and contemporary dance styles. Participants will have the opportunity to learn about and appreciate the various cultural dances of the region, fostering a sense of mutual respect and understanding among the youth.

The Youth Inter-Cultural Dance Competition aims to promote cultural exchange, build relationships and create a sense of unity among the youth in the Gulf of Guinea northern region. By celebrating diversity and promoting social cohesion through the arts, the competition will help to strengthen bonds within the community and foster peaceful coexistence among its members.
