Department of Human Resource
The Human Resource Class is mainly responsible for managing, developing capabilities and competencies of each staff as well as coordinating human resources management programmes to efficiently deliver public services Local Government Service (LGS).
Other activities of the department include:
• Ensuring the regular updates of staff records;
• Ensuring inter and intra departmental collaboration to facilitate staff performance and development;
• Ensuring the general welfare of staff;
• Reporting on human resource related activities; and
• Ensuring the development of the capabilities, skills and knowledge of staff;
