Smartinfraco Trains Staffs of Krachi East on Smart Workplace as Part of Capacity Building Initiative

As part of efforts to enhance digital efficiency and improve service delivery, Smartinfraco has organized a comprehensive Smart Workplace training for staff of the Krachi East Municipal Assembly.

The training aimed at building the capacity of municipal staff in the use of modern digital tools for communication, collaboration, and administrative processes. Participants were taken through the use of the Smart Workplace platform, which facilitates e-governance, document management, and workflow automation across departments.

Municipal officials commended the initiative, describing it as a timely intervention to strengthen operational effectiveness and align the Assembly with the government’s digital transformation agenda. The exercise is expected to improve productivity, accountability, and the overall quality of public service delivery in the municipality.
