TRAINING OF MPCU AND SELECTED STAFF ON EEFECTIVE MONITORING AND EVALUATION
As part of the capacity building programmes by the Municipal Assembly, management organized a 2-days capacity building programme for MPCU and some selected staff. The main objective of the workshop which was held on 28th – 29th August 2021 was to train and improve staff knowledge on effective monitoring and evaluation and report writing.
This was very helpful because monitoring and evaluation is a key component of the assembly’s work.
