The general staff meeting was organized by the Municipal Coordinating Director, Municipal Finance Officer, the Human Resource Manager and other heads of departments in the Krachi East Municipal Assembly to deliberate on pertinent issues in the assembly.

The Municipal Director raised concerns about the reporting time and attitude towards work by the staff, which is very appalling, and drastically measures will be put in place if this behavior continues. Staff are to work hard and report to work on time for effective work in their various departments/units.

Secondly, the MCD moved on to the next agenda on the list by requesting for staff support in the mobilization of IGF collection to reform the Municipality immensely. He solicited for more ideas, suggestions, contributions and measures from the staff by which revenue can be raised for development in the communities, towns, villages, schools and others areas.
