A workshop was organized for NADMO, EPA, Works Department, Physical Planning Department and among others on how permit applications must be approved.
In approving a building permit, a review of the documents must be done for any amendments where needed before the site is well inspected together with any other necessary processes or applications, then issuance of the permit to the applicant whether approved or rejected can now be given.
Legal acquisition of land by an individual, a group or an organization was briefly highlighted and explained to the entire officers present at workshop. This will make it easy for them to guide applicants seeking for permit approvals for their business set-ups, land purchases and others.
The meeting was chaired by Mr. Jacob Dasievor (Municipal Director, NADMO), Mr. Simon Bijiba (Municipal Physical Planner) and assisted by Mr. Enock Nkrumah (Engineer, Works Department).
