A TWO DAY TRAINING PROGRAMME ON STAFF PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL REPORT PREPARATION AND SERVICE DELIVERY STANDARD
(Wednesday 27th – Thursday 28th July, 2022)
An appraisal report is an annual activity set by an officer for the superior or supervisor. It begins from January to the end of the year, December. An officer must set a target or an indicator for him/herself, review with the supervisor for approval before signing and submitting the report to the Human Resource Department.
The target or indicator must be reviewed in the middle of the year by the officer with the superior before the officer can continue with the target to the end of the year.
The essence of the appraisal report is to help know the competency level of the officer, motivation and finally, the achievement of the Assembly decentralization are met.
